Best acceptance speech ever

Last night on the Emmys, Sally Field gave the best acceptance speech ever. The only problem was, we didn't get to hear all of it. The best part was censored:

"If mothers ruled the world, there wouldn't be any god-damned wars in the first place."

Later, in the press room backstage, Field told reporters, "I would have liked to have said more four-letter words up there. I wanted to pay homage to the mothers of the world. And I very, very seriously think that if mothers ruled the world we wouldn't be sending our children off to be slaughtered."

That damn Hollywood lib'rul! Why can't these people just support our troops?

By questioning their mission, she is betraying the country!

(I know, stale..)

I was hoping to see family guy but the Emmys were on instead. I wouldn't know most of what they're talking about anyway. Haven't watched many new films.

Crall,

Yep, Sally Field is the new Jane Fonda. The nerve of those bitches, questioning our wars! Why do they think they have the freedom to say those things in the first place? Do they think it's just because they happen to have a brain and a mouth?
If they hate America so much, why don't they just leave, instead of trying to make it better?
