Repertoire or rapport?

A certain columnist in a certain university newspaper wrote, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound that way and I know we've built up a certain repertoire over the years, but..."

We're sure that by now the columnist has realized his or her mistake and has made appropriate amends by flogging him- or herself 100 times, but just in case, the word he/she wanted was "rapport," not "repertoire."

We hope said columnist adds "rapport" to his/her repertoire.
